Well! What a wonderful find this place was! Ticked every box for us - spotlessly clean, friendly and attentive staff, secure parking and excellent food. Our breakfasts - which were included in the price - were cooked to order, so none of those awful buffets with dried up leathery bacon and rubbery eggs! Will definitely stay here again on our next West Country trip!
Impeccable service! Managed to get a Sunday roast even though it was late into the afternoon. Very large portion and priced well for the amount you get. This isn't quantity over quality either. A great meal, cooked very well and not just filled out with vegtables. This was probably the most meat I have been served on a Sunday roast before. Good selection of larger and beer served on tap. The bar side interior is comfy and clean with plenty of seating.

The location was very remote making it impossible to travel without a vehicle or needing to get a taxi. This said it’s well located for the town and the Eden Project. The hotel was nice, with a great team. Rooms were spacious, the pub next door had a great complementary food offer. Despite still being a construction site when we visited it was still quiet when you needed it to be. Ample parking, quite location.
What can you say? It's a Premier Inn so cheap and cheerful. Very friendly staff and well placed for the Eden Project. There are also some fabulous runs nearby although most guests seemed to be stuffing themselves with breakfast at the on site pub restaurant.

Booked St Austell to explore the area. Had a clean tidy room which was hot but the weather was exceptional but we did have an effective fan in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving advice on where to visit and what events were on such as the Mevagissey Food Feast ... great fun. One staff member (Cathy) stood out above all. She was always happy and very helpful. She was a joy in the bar and reception area and when she cleaned the rooms the job was done to a very high standard. In fact we always knew when she was there as everything was tidied and cleaned beyond the usual. Will definitely be going back. Also good to have free parking.
Very happy as it was central to where we wanted to visit which was the Edam Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. I must say the Shipwreck Museum is certainly worth a visit too and well worth the admission. In fact so good I would have paid more! We were well looked after by Travel Lodge staff and had a comfortable base to travel from. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere. Great food. A bit pricey but worth it for good quality food. There is a reason they won the national licensee of the year awards! I know this is a very positive review but I promise I'm impartial... however, if they read this and want to give me a free pint next time I'm down I won't say no :)
Lovely looking place but wouldn't recommend the cod and chips. The chips were crisp but there was an enormous amount of batter on the fish and the whole meal was very very oily. In fairness the staff were friendly and the food was clean. Very popular place and has nice atmosphere.

I am afraid that my 2 stars were just inept keyboard skills. Before I got to 5 stars I must have pressed something else! We did stay with you, in the pigsty and it was good and you were excellent hosts...it was 18 years ago! . Anyway accept our apologise, Malcolm and Judy, Malvern
The owners are the friendliest couple ever. The cottages are beautiful.

You can be sure of wonderful service from Anna who is a perfect host. We also wanted to mention that Anna's current charge is only £70 per night for a double room, but we found that you can be charged up to £81 if you book through an agency, who also take £2 per booking from Anna.
Very friendly lady and comfortable quite room.

Absolutely fantastic! The rooms are gorgeous and have everything you need. The bed in the blue room is incredibly comfy and the room feels homely. Nikki the hostess in friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Highly recommend!!
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

We love this place, it's quiet, the owners are lovely and the views are stunning, loads of room around your pitch and lovely big field infront of you. Toilets are a little shabby, but they are piping hot and spotless, so it doesn't bother us.
A really great place, spectacular views nice and peaceful with basic clean facilities, what more do you need? Easy to get to all the great places in Cornwall from here!

We visit annually and stay in a static mobile home. They are very well maintained, always very clean and really comfortable. The site is well kept and the room is excellent. The location has much to offer
3rd stay. This holiday park is perfect if you want a place to stay comfortably between trips out. Well situated and offers a pool, play area and small but well stocked shop. Helpful staff/owners. Static and touring pitches available. Priced perfectly.

Lovely site. Very friendly helpful staff. X
Fantastic Campsite. We spent 2 weeks here in July. Nick, Pippa and Nick made us so welcome and really helped make our holiday a great one. Spotless toilet block and lovely clean site. 100% recommended. Our only site in Cornwall from now on.
